Dave has 28 years professional HSE experience in training, petroleum refining, fibers, manufacturing, pulp and paper, and aerospace. His extensive OSHA compliance experience includes serving as corporate HSE auditor, managing the OSHA VPP Star Certification for an oil refinery, and assisting OSHA Region 3 and VA OSHA with VPP Certification Audits. Dave has been an ASSE member for 28 years. He was recognized as the ASSE Region VI Safety Professional of the Year for his accomplishments both for his employer and for public outreach in SHE.

In his role as SHE Content Strategist, Dave is the global subject matter expert for all safety, health and environmental training products. He is further responsible for the management and authorization of the online OSHA 10-hour General Industry and Construction programs.

Matthew McGonegle
Ethics & Compliance Content Strategist and Global Compliance Officer

CCEP: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional

In his role as Ethics and Compliance Manager, Matt leads content development for all ethics and compliance training solutions globally, works directly with practicing attorneys in DuPont Primary Law Firms throughout the world and key thought leaders in ethics and compliance to ensure accuracy with laws and regulations, utilizes Six Sigma methodology to analyze compliance and ethics industry trends and changes to ensure effective compliance internally and for clients, and provides guidance to compliance and ethics professionals globally through presentations on pertinent topics. Since 2008, Matt has led development on training products on social media compliance, ethics, red flags rule, privacy, harassment prevention and more.

As Global Compliance Officer, Matt has led the implementation of a compliance and ethics program for approximately 600 employees globally including communication and training on code of conduct and policies and procedures, annual global compliance and ethics training and certification, periodic risk assessment and mitigation plans, periodic reports to executive level personnel on the compliance and ethics program, as well as the other elements of an effective compliance program as noted in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.

Nancy Kondas
Global Leader, Product Development

Nancy is a producer, project manager and executive director of media production with 20 years experience in television and live event production including research, writing, directing, casting, remote production, program development, special events production, public relations, marketing and corporate management.

Nancy joined Coastal Training Technologies, now a part of DuPont Sustainable Solutions, in 1994 as Senior Producer for the Safety and Environmental Affairs Journal and quickly advanced to Vice President of Product Development in 1998. Under Nancy's direction, Coastal's video training productions were refined, a dedicated print design and production effort was created, the CD-ROM production effort grew dramatically, Coastal entered the online learning market, and DVD training applications were introduced. During her tenure, Coastal has been honored with more than 120 industry-related awards.

Tim Wright, Ph.D.
Developer, Custom Content Solutions

Tim holds a doctorate in Communication Studies from Regent University and has taught graduate and undergraduate classes in communication for more than 15 years. He has also worked as a writer and on-camera host for a variety of safety and corporate training projects over the past 12 years.

In his current role as Developer, Custom Content Solutions, Tim's responsibilities include working with clients, instructional designers and project managers to find creative and effective methods to communicate training content to end users. Tim also assists with the design and development of new safety training content.

Janet Winner, Ph.D.
Instructional Design Manager

Janet joined Coastal Training Technologies, now a part of DuPont Sustainable Solutions, in 1997 as an Instructional Designer. In this role, she oversaw the design and development of course elements, including objectives, course atlases, storyboards, hypertext lists, testbanks and course descriptions. Since 2000, she has served as Instructional Design Manager and supervises the instructional design of DuPont Sustainable Solutions' interactive product line; manages contractors assigned to author various elements; and interfaces with the production staff, research and development project coordinators, outside subject matter experts, multimedia producers, video producers, course programmers, and the database manager to ensure integrity of content and documents.

Dan Evans
Creative Director

Dan worked in the broadcasting business as a writer/producer/director for several years prior to joining Coastal Training Technologies in 1990. While at Coastal and now DuPont Sustainable Solutions, Dan has produced, directed and supervised the production of hundreds of award-winning training programs in several content areas, including safety and environmental, ethics and compliance, healthcare, government, and school safety and compliance. Dan also developed and produced SEA-J, a subscription-based safety news and information program.

John Forte
Creative Director

John started out as an actor, having studied at The Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting and the Terry Schreiber Studios in New York City. He performed in a number of plays in New York City, including commercials, industrials and a short "swashbuckling" stint with Regis Philbin. John feels his acting experience enables him to be more comfortable with actors and can therefore effectively communicate with them. His direction is greatly enhanced by his desire to create a real "moment" and being able to relate that to the actor and ultimately the audience.

In his time with Coastal Training Technologies and now DuPont Sustainable Solutions, John has directed more than 200 training programs and won nearly 100 awards, including The New York Festival World Medals, The New York Audio Visual Award, The INTERCOM, The Globals, The Colombus International Film and Video Award, The Golden Eagle Cine, The CINDY and several TELLY Awards. John's program Drop by Drop won the coveted Cine, Special Jury Award last year as the best Human Resources program in the country.

Dan Malana
Graphic and Motion Designer

Dan is a graphic and motion designer with more than 20 years extensive 3D graphics and animation experience. He has taught undergraduate 3D modeling and animation and has received numerous awards and certificates of achievement for graphics throughout his career.
